Mike Bender is Head of Psychological Services to Older Adults for Plymouth Community Services NHS Trust. He is the author of a number of books and many articles, specializing in groupwork, reminiscence and dementia. Paulette Bauckham trained in social work and is now a freelance reminiscence consultant and trainer in the care of older people. Andrew Norris was a clinical psychologist when he pioneered the therapeutic use of reminiscence in the UK. He is now Vicar of Milverton with Halse and Fitzmead, Somerset.
