When the Russian Mafia seemingly operates with impunity on the streets of Miami, controlling the drugs, human smuggling, and the child pornography industry, the Director of Homeland Security contracts with Black Water to remove the upper echelons of the Russian organization by whatever means necessary.
With the lack of local law enforcement assistance due to a corrupt Miami Chief of Police, the team from Black Water must operate autonomously.
When the Chief is linked to a theft ring targeting major building suppliers such as Home Depot and Lowe's, the team delves into his other nefarious operations, including human smuggling.
The Chief of Police is instrumental in bringing young women and children from Cuba and supplying them for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children, CSEC.
The mission then expands to remove the middlemen, those who supply the children to the producers of the videos, and ultimately the users.
As always, the Black Water team, led by Jim Lashley, is given carte blanche in dealing with each issue, extermination of the Russians who head their organization, providing proof of the Chief of Police's involvement in each of his nefarious activities, and removing those involved with the child pornography.
The deeper the team dives into the kiddie porn industry, the more the team wants to do anything necessary to rid the city of this plague. Occasionally crossing the line between aggressive interrogation and cruelty, Jim's team will stop at nothing to remove these people who are destroying the lives of so many innocent children.
