Joshua Maningas Oceans is a multi-passionate, self-led learner that has always been drawn to those in-between spaces where there is room to try something different and where creativity and innovation thrive. As a licensed professional civil engineer with an MS in Water Resources Engineering from Oregon State University, Joshua works on the planning and implementation of multi-disciplinary civil works projects where built, natural, and human systems overlap and intersect. He was born and is currently living in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, but has had the opportunity to live, study, and work internationally, including in Botswana, Malawi, South Africa, New Zealand, Senegal, and The Philippines.
