Scientists are searching for traces of other civilizations in Space using telescopes and radars, investigating quasar and pulsar radiation, to determine whether these emissions could originate from an artificial source created by another civilization that might now be sending us signals that we cannot decipher.
Most searches occur in the radio spectrum, which is the range accessible to our current technology.
Scientists assume that artificial signals should fall within a well-studied frequency spectrum. But who says that other civilisations must communicate on the same spectrum? Who decided that they are confined to the range of our own matter?
We should search in a different frequency range.

Access to the subtle world is not just a matter of technology; it also depends on personal development. As individuals evolve, they ascend the steps toward the higher civilisations of the subtle plane through their own spiritual and intellectual growth.
Man must mature in order to communicate with the subtle world and learn to understand its inhabitants in the same way as their brothers in their own world.
