Set over a single day, from 5:07 to 15:04, it unfolds as a live, first-person broadcast: an unflinching portrait of collapse, delivered with mordant wit and lyrical digressions.
At its heart is an unnamed antihero on a road trip through a poisoned Balkan landscape with his six-year-old daughter. He aims to deliver her safely to his estranged wife's ex-lover in London, with the help of Zoran and Steve, a gay couple active in a radical leftist hacker collective. Sick of life, we know the journey will be his last. As they travel, we learn of the wreckage he leaves behind: a failed marriage, a collapsing state, and a final act of resistance - stealing from a corrupt politician to fund their escape.
