The stories are rooted in the wild lands of Britain and western France, where the world is still old, alive and numinous.

I live in the back of beyond in a sixteenth-century farmhouse in the Shropshire hills with my mad scientist husband (had Quantum with the cornflakes all our lives together!), my black witchy cat and a host wildlife.
