Maaike VanderMeer is a poet, writer, and artist. Her favorite things include black tea and big questions. She lives in Vancouver, where she is earning her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia. Maaike is co-editor of Christian Courier, an independent Canadian news publication, and the publisher of A Broken Tulip on Substack. Pin Bones is her debut poetry collection.
