Katharina Miko-Schefzig is Professor for Empirical Social Research at the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria and member of the Competence Center for Empirical Research Methods at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.

Dennis C. Jancsary is Professor of Organization Studies at the University of Liverpool Management School, UK, and senior research fellow at the Research Institute for Urban Management and Governance, Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), Austria.

Jo Reichertz trained as a sociologist and was Professor of Communication Studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen from 1993 to early 2015. Since April 2015, he has been senior fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities in Essen (KWI). He has numerous Guest Professorships in Vienna, St. Gallen and Flensburg.
