Rick Moore is a Professional Civil Engineer, specializing in water-related issues. He is widely published in the field and was President of consulting businesses in the US and India. Rick went to Lafayette College in Easton, PA, served two years in the Army, one in Vietnam, and received a master's at the University of Maryland, before embarking on his professional career.Recently, Rick founded Moore Engineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, located in Boston, MA. Rick has also written two other memoirs, one covering his early years before the Army, and the second covering his professional consulting career after the Army.
