The author was born in 1947, graduated from an advanced high school in 1966 where he submitted his first work about the history of rocket development. In 1969 he earned a bachelor's degree in electronics and begun his service as a missile test engineer and missile repair shop leader until 1976, followed by five years of postgraduate studies in electrical engineering and computer science.Certified as a Russian-German/German-Russian military translator.
