The Innovation Solution Workbook for Everyone presents an innovation methodology based on the work of Galileo, Newton, Einstein, Edison, and Ford. The methodology, called TEDOC (Target, Explore, Develop, Optimize, and Commercialize), was designed to produce more pervasive, predictive, and profitable innovation solutions. The TEDOC methodology can be used for solving a problem innovatively, developing new products or internal process capabilities, advancing a field through innovations, or pursuing one's passion. For about 15 years, the TEDOC methodology has been taught at universities and used by professionals and entrepreneurs. The TEDOC methodology is the only one that can ensure innovations and innovative solutions. It primarily combines Einstein's leadership approach and Edison's commercialization process, which are seen today as excellence in ideation and passion in execution. TEDOC phases 1 and 2 are about excellence in ideation, and phases 3-5 passion in execution.
