S. N. Clayton was born and brought up in North London. She is a business educator, author, speaker, and avid reader of many genres. S. N. Clayton has been a big fan of romantic sagas and historical romance fiction since her late mother unknowingly introduced her to Mills & Boon in her early teens by not reading her library books swiftly enough.In terms of being able to bridge the gap and showcase the multicultural aspect of Britain from an authentic historical perspective, S. N. Clayton's first story in this trilogy A Shared History, was quite an exciting and challenging project to take on, especially in terms of research.S. N. Clayton is due to publish the second book in the series, A Shared Destiny in Autumn 2025, which continues the story in Victorian London. The third book A Shared Promise, takes readers on an adventure across the seas to 1800s New York and the Black West of America. These remaining books in the series have proven just as interesting a challenge to research. S. N. Clayton has included a recommended book list to reflect the depth of meticulous historical research required. S. N. Clayton lives in Greater London. She currently works as a learning specialist in the commercial area of learning and development and writes part-time.
