Anna Inama is a certified Master Executive Coach to leaders and their teams. Anna leverages her 20+ years of leadership experience in people focused roles in multinational corporations like Mars, L'Oréal, and Diageo, and her work is underpinned by her extensive coach training with a Masters in Organizational Development and Executive Coaching, and her multicultural background, having lived and worked globally. Anna partners with senior leaders and their teams for personal breakthroughs and to be their most impactful, authentic and effective selves. She is known for her trusting relationships, her presence and connection and her deep listening to ignite the best thinking, ideas and self expression. She helps her clients unlock the assumptions and limited beliefs which might be holding them back from being their best self, and partners with them to surface new liberating narratives and new choices in their decisions and how they show up. Anna is also a founding faculty member of the prestigious Wisdom 8 Executive Coaching programme, and works as an accredited mentor and supervisor to other Executive Coaches. Andy Fryer is a seasoned leader and coach with over 45 years of experience of working within, leading and coaching teams. He spent 33 years as an RAF officer, including a year as commander of the enormous NATO base in Kandahar, Afghanistan - home to over 19,000 people and 300 aircraft and under frequent rocket attack. He then worked as an entrepreneur for a number of years and as Chair of the Board of a charity, before retraining as an executive and team coach. As a coach, he has worked with leaders and team across diverse organizations from National Grid through Novartis to Amazon, where Andy is known for his poised presence and ability to support individuals to navigate challenges independently. With qualifications including an MBA and postgraduate qualifications in coaching, he instills confidence and promotes growth through calculated risk-taking. |
