Danny Lenihan was born in West London, raised in Chessington and now lives in the Shires with his partner and four children. Danny had a near-fatal motorcycle accident in 1993 that seriously impeded his mobility, and despite this continued to travel around the world as both a press photographer and later a stand-up comedian before setting up his first business. Danny now spends his days writing and designing for his global brand, 3 Legged Thing. A passionate story-teller, Danny has contributed to several books prior to publishing his debut novel, Rogue in 2021, including Rufus Hound's "Stand Up Put Downs". For thirty years he wrote for newspapers, magazines, TV, film and radio, and continues to host the cult comedy podcast "Faces for Radio". From 1997 to 2010 Danny toured the world as a stand-up comedian, during which time he starred in three movies, numerous television shows and was a frequent panellist and contributor to BBC Radio. An accomplished musician and songwriter, Danny composed the musical score to British director, Pat Higgins' debut horror movie, Trashhouse. His current writing projects include TRAITOR, the third novel in the Rogue Series due to release in 2026, FAGAN, a brand new concept about a time-travelling psychologist, and PATHWAY, a brand new future-tech crime thriller.
