Mafia don Anthony Salvatori and his wife Eva are late to the wedding of Anthony's brother. When they arrive, they find a wounded man named Austin who is the only survivor of the massacre at the wedding ceremony.
The couple harbors Austin, promising protection-though the mistrust between the three results in multiple conflicts.
Another attempt on Austin's life forces an uncomfortable alliance between the three that eventually turns to friendship. Austin is shocked when he overhears Eva suggest to Anthony that they find someone like Austin-someone that both Eva and Anthony are attracted to-who will partner with them sexually.
During the course of his stay, Austin's affection toward both Eva and Anthony grows and he finds the idea of being with them more enticing.
