Oral Skills in Advocacy is an SQE2 revision guide for the SQE2 legal skills specification. It demonstrates how you will be assessed at SQE2 in the legal skills of Advocacy. The objective of the SQE2 advocacy assessments is described by the SRA as the ability "to conduct a piece of advocacy before a judge", and the authors outline the essential advocacy skills in both criminal and civil settings.
