Gene Nacey (Coach Gino), has taught cycling for more than 20 years, and has a master instructor has certified countless indoor cycling instructors. In the outdoor cycling world, Gene both raced and was an elite-level certified USA Cycling coach. Prior to his cycling career, he was also a former Entrepreneur of the Year and earned a patent for his healthcare technology work in workflow software. Gene founded Cycling Fusion in 2007 to fuse the outdoor and indoor cycling worlds together and accomplished several firsts. This included introducing health clubs to virtual cycling in group classes, pioneering live broadcasting of cycling classes over the internet, creating the first website for managing Heart Zones(R) training load, and building the first streaming library of cycling videos. Coach Gino also wrote the first ibook for training with power on indoor cycling bikes: "The Complete Guide to Power Training for Indoor Cycling".

During her decades of experience in the indoor cycling industry, she has taken on virtually every role possible. Beginning in 1997, she spent 12 years in the trenches as a master instructor for Spinning(R) and has produced countless articles and educational courses on a variety of technical and motivational topics related to indoor cycling. For over 20 years, Jennifer has served as a certification instructor, continuing education provider, and industry consultant. She has presented at over 25 conferences and led hundreds of workshops in numerous countries. In 2022, the Indoor Cycling Association is launching online courses on cycling class profile design, using music, and other topics for instructors.

On the technical side, Jennifer has pioneered drills and training techniques in the indoor cycling world that have long been used in the outdoor cycling environment--drills and techniques that are now commonplace in many studios around the globe.

As a highly sought-after international speaker and presenter, she has dedicated her life to promoting safe, fun, and effective evidence-based programming and education for the indoor cycling industry.
