Kenyan village communities are in desperate need of health education knowledge. The main reason of this failure, the education curriculum does not provide a culturally congruent education curriculum to the Kenyan village community. Kenyan education curriculum has major challenges in maintain and fostering congruence African culture, norms and traditions. No individuals or society can develop without having an idea or an aspiration of tomorrow. Past, present and future are concepts which are linked and separate. Thus, transformation and empowerment education curriculum is an effective disease prevention model that promotes health in all personal and social arenas. The participation and collaboration of people in group action and dialogue efforts directed at community targets enhances control and beliefs in ability to change people¿s own lives, health and quality of life.
