The author takes the reader through the life of an abused little girl. Upon turning 16, she decides to tell her story because she wants to help other girls know that Jesus can restore them. The author desires to reach girls who are being or have been abused as young girls. I want them to know that Jesus loves them. After being molested by her father, many of her mother's male friends, and her mother's female lover, she was lost and confused. The author gives an in-depth look into her life on the street, where she did sinful things to support her drug addiction. As a result of her abuse, she was a troubled and confused young girl. Her only desire was the love of her mother, who was dealing with her own demons. After accepting Jesus, she decides to write her story, because going through all her bad experiences, someone took the time to tell her about Jesus. She felt the need to tell her story because, through that process, she found healing. She wants people to know how much she thanks Jesus for loving her, regardless of what she did because of her upbringing. It is the author's desire for girls who are going through abuse now, or women who have gone through abuse to find healing from reading this book. She wants all who can relate to this book to know that God can restore them through the love of His son Jesus Christ. May God bring restoration to all who read this book. God loves you.
