The primary purpose of this book is to share what I learnt and practised recently to transform myself from multiple angles. The emphasis is on the small personal and environmental changes which make a big impact on this journey.
The small changes presented in this book became a tipping point for me. Even though they look small and uninteresting from the outside, turning them into habits and combining them with each other made a remarkable transformation for my life.
I'd like to share the reasons behind trying these changes with no shame and explain with simple language on how these changes helped me genuinely, using several examples from my personal life.
As the book is about my practical changes, I used the first-person narration of a conversational language rather than a formal style. I deliberately did not provide any citations to keep the book simple to read and comprehend. I know from my experience that cluttered citations in these types of practical books bore and turn off the readers.

Unusually, the focus of this book is me as a person who tested several approaches and made critical modifications based on trial and error and compelling input from developing research. In this book, I don't make any direct recommendations on purpose. The reason for this is that I aim to share my experience sincerely, without any hype or any motives other than utilitarian perspective and charitable goals.
