Janice Lynn Macián (Ph.D., The Ohio State University) is the Director for the Spanish Language Program in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at The Ohio State University. Janice has taught Spanish, English, and French at both the middle school and high school levels and has taught Spanish and methodology courses at the university level. She has published articles on teaching with technology and is currently developing courses for distance learning and individualized instruction. In addition to her work on DE PASEO, she is a co-author with Donna Reseigh Long of AMISTADES, for beginning college-level Spanish. Donna Reseigh Long (Ph.D., The Ohio State University) is associate professor of Spanish in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at The Ohio State University. Donna has taught Spanish language at the middle school, high school, and university levels, in addition to language teaching methodology and service-learning courses. She has published numerous articles on service-learning, pedagogical techniques, and the history of Spanish instruction in the United States. In addition to her work on DE PASEO, she is co-author with Janice Lynn Macián of AMISTADES, for beginning college-level Spanish. |
