I am a scientist, father, husband, yogist and general skeptic. I have written over 95 research papers a PhD thesis, and many thousands of emails. I am most interested in sleep and its effects on health and wellbeing. I don't mean that I like sleeping, although I do (!), but my research focuses on the benefits of this daily activity. I have worked with my co-author, Shane Pascoe, to write both accessible self-improvement books and hardcore textbooks for students to learn from.
